AC Interference of Electric Railway with Long Transmission Pipeline and Protection
摘 要
我国电气化铁路的牵引供电系统采用单相工频(50 Hz)25 kV交流制式,当长输管道与其近距离并行或交越时,电气化铁路会通过电阻耦合的方式对临近埋地段管道产生不同程度的交流干扰,加剧管道交流腐蚀风险。固态去耦合器接地排流是近年来国内广泛流行的防护方法,日东线排流工程实践表明: 采用适当规格的固态去耦合器、以及合理的接地材料和施工方式,可以有效抑制管道的交流干扰,能够满足相关标准要求。
Abstract
The traction power supply system of the electrified railway is based on 25 kV AC-mode of single phase operating frequency (50 Hz) in China. When long distance pipelines and electrified railways are parallel or cross closely, electric railways produce AC interference in different degrees with adjacent buried pipelines by resistive coupling, which increases the risk of pipeline corrosion. The electrical drainage by grounding using solid-state de-couplers is a domestic popular protection method for AC interference in recent years. The electrical drainage engineering practice of Rizhao-Dongming oil pipeline shows that a proper solid-state de-coupler, correct ground material and reasonable construction could inhibit AC interference with pipeline effectively, which fully meets the requirements of relevant standards.
