Comparison and Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Standards on Characteristics Evaluation of Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing Instruments
摘 要
随着超声相控阵检测技术的发展,近年来国内外超声相控阵检测仪器种类也不断增多。为了更好地理解相控阵仪器的各项性能,针对国内外现行的相控阵检测仪器的性能测试评价标准,从标准的适用范围、测试条件、测试项目和测试方法等方面进行了比较分析,为使用者根据测试要求有效选取测试标准和方法提供了参考和依据。
Abstract
The types of phased array ultrasonic testing instruments are growing in recent years with the development of the phased array inspection technology. In order to better understand the performance of the phased array instrument, the performance test and evaluation standards of phased array testing instrument for domestic and foreign were compared and analyzed from the standard applicable scope, test conditions, test items and test methods. The results can provide the reference and basis for users to select the standards and testing methods according to the testing requirements.
