Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing of T-type Turbine Blade Root
摘 要
针对火力发电厂汽轮机组上T型叶根的无损检测,通过对比常规超声检测方法的局限性,结合超声相控阵检测理论,定制了专用微型线阵相控阵探头,提出了一种采用超声相控阵技术进行T型叶根裂纹检测的方法,并在新疆某电厂汽轮机组大修现场进行了实际应用。说明超声相控阵检测技术用于汽轮机T型叶根裂纹检测具有实用性、可行性和准确性。
Abstract
For nondestructive inspection of T-type blade root of turbine groups, an inspection method for T-type root cracking by using phased array ultrasonic technology was proposed though analyzing the limitations of conventional ultrasonic testing as compared with the phased array ultrasonic theory. Following that, a special miniature linear phased array probe was customized and practical application for one of thermal power plants in Xinjiang was realized. Combined with magnetic particle and radiographic inspection methods for secondary verification, the practicality, feasibility and accuracy of T-type turbine blade root inspection by using phased array ultrasonic technology were proven.
