Analysis on the Specified Hardness Values of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN Steel Large Diameter Tee Forgings
摘 要
针对10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢大直径三通锻件的布氏硬度规定值取值问题,对部分同种材料锻件的布氏硬度与抗拉强度数据进行了统计分析,并给出了布氏硬度与抗拉强度换算的关系公式;对600 MW超临界机组安装现场F91(即10Cr9Mo1VNbN)钢大直径锻制三通成品进行了表面硬度测试以验证其硬度均匀性。在参照国内外相关标准对同类材料硬度规定的基础上,研究分析确定:10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢大直径三通锻件的布氏硬度应控制在190~248 HBW,同一锻件的硬度均匀性偏差应不大于40 HBW。
Abstract
To determine the standard Brinell hardness values of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel large diameter tee forgings, the statistic analysis on the Brinell hardness and tensile strength of a number of the same material forgings was performed and the formula of the relationship between these two characteristic parameters was given. The surface hardness test was done for the F91 (namely 10Cr9Mo1VNbN) steel large diameter forged tees used in 600 MW super-critical units at erection site to verify the hardness evenness. On the basis of the statistic analysis, testing results and requirements of the domestic and foreign standards for similar or same materials, it was determined that the standard Brinell hardness values of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel large diameter tee forgings should be controlled in 190-248 HBW and the hardness difference of one piece should be limited to no more than 40 HBW.
