Analysis on Non-conformance Cases during Accreditation Application of Metal Material Testing Laboratories
摘 要
通过对我国2016年特种设备、建工建材、交通运输等行业的金属材料检测实验室在申请认可的过程中出现的不受理情况进行分析归纳,总结出了常见的不受理原因,探讨了实验室的质量管理现状,并有针对性地提出了实验室认可申请需要重点关注的问题以及需要采取的相关措施。结果表明:常见的不予受理原因涉及人员、质量管理体系、能力验证、内部审核和管理评审、检测经历、诚信问题、行政处理等方面,其中出现频率最高的是人员问题和质量管理体系问题;这些是当前金属材料检测实验室质量体系建立、发展和管理中需要重点关注的问题。
Abstract
Through collecting and analyzing the non-conformance cases during accreditation application of metal material testing laboratory in special equipment, construction engineering, transportation and other industries of our country in 2016, the common reasons for non-conformities were summed up, the current situation of laboratory quality management was discussed, and issues to focus on and measures to take were put forward during laboratory accreditation application. The results show the common reasons for the non-conformities involved personnel, quality management system, capability verification, internal audit and management review, inspection experience, credit problem, administrative management and so on. Among them, the most frequent problems were personnel problem and quality management system problem. These are main problems needed to be focused to establish, develop and improve the quality management system of metal material testing laboratories.
