Stability Detection of the Rockwell Hardness Testers
摘 要
使用数理统计的方法研究了洛氏硬度计HRC和HRB两种标尺的硬度检测结果的稳定性。结果表明:洛氏硬度计的HRC标尺运行平稳可靠,可满足进出口金属材料的日常检测需求,而HRB标尺的稳定性相对较差;对于检验业务繁忙的实验室,建议在两台硬度计上分别检测HRC和HRB两种硬度,或加强期间核查和计量的频次,确保硬度计的稳定性。
Abstract
The stability for hardness testing results of HRB gauge and HRC gauge of the Rockwell hardness tester was studied by the mathematical statistics method. The results show that:the HRC gauge of the Rockwell hardness tester was stable and the values were reliable, and the HRC gauge could meet the needs of the daily testing requirements for imported and exported metal materials, but the stability of the HRB gauge was relatively worse. It was suggested that for the laboratories with busy testing work, it was better to test the HRC hardness and HRB hardness respectively with two hardness tests, or increase the frequency of intermediate check and calibration in order to insure the stability of hardness tests.
