Cause Analysis on Bright Line of Side of Middle Frame of 6063 Aluminum Alloy
摘 要
6063铝合金中框产品经温挤压加工,侧面中心出现一条亮线,阳极化处理仍然无法消除。通过化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,对铝合金中框产品侧面亮线成因进行了分析。结果表明:工件在温挤压时变形速率过大,使中间层残留较大的内应力,由于内应力分布不均匀,导致亮线区域形成并在亮线区域形成应力开裂的微裂纹。在铝合金温挤压加工过程中,控制加热温度及变形速率,保证组织能够及时回复再结晶,可有效避免该亮线的产生。
Abstract
A bright line on the side center of the middle frame product of the 6063 aluminum alloy which product after warm extrusion. Anodizing can still not eliminate this bright line. Chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis were used to analyze the cause of the bright line on the side of the aluminum alloy products. The results show that the deformation rate of the aluminum alloy was too large during warm extrusion, which makes the middle layer residual larger internal stress. Due to the uneven distribution of internal stress, the bright line area was formed, and the microcracks caused by stress cracking were formed in the bright line region. During the temperature extrusion process of aluminum alloy, the heating temperature and the deformation rate are controlled, and the timely recovery and recrystallization of the tissue can be ensured, which can effectively avoid the production of the bright line.
