Influence of Three Corrosive Media on High-Temperature Corrosion Behavior of T92 Steel
摘 要
在T92钢表面分别涂刷氯盐、硫酸盐和煤灰等3种腐蚀介质,通过腐蚀动力学曲线、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)等研究了T92钢在625℃和675℃下的高温腐蚀行为。结果表明:腐蚀介质的存在对T92钢的高温腐蚀有很显著的促进作用,625℃与675℃下,氯盐对T92钢腐蚀促进作用最大,然后依次是硫酸盐和煤灰;涂刷硫酸盐、氯盐与煤灰的T92钢表面腐蚀产物均以Fe2O3与Cr2O3等氧化产物为主,伴有复合型氧化物;温度的升高使涂刷3种腐蚀介质T92钢的腐蚀速率加快,O,S和Cl元素的渗透能力也都有所提高。
Abstract
Three corrosive media of sulfate, chloride and coal ash were painted on the surface of T92 steel respectively. And the high-temperature corrosion behavior of T92 steel at 625℃ and 675℃ was studied through corrosion dynamitic curves, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the corrosive media accelerated obviously the high-temperature corrosion of T92 steel. At 625℃ and 675℃, chloride had the largest corrosion promoting effect on T92 steel, followed by sulfate and fly ash in the order. The corrosion products on the surface of T92 steel painted with sulfate, chloride and coal ash were all mainly composed of Fe2O3 and Cr2O3 with complex oxides. With the increase of temperature, the corrosion rate of T92 steel painted with three kinds of corrosive media increased, and the penetration ability of O, S and Cl also improved.
