Corrosion Failure Analysis of an Underground Stainless Steel Pipeline for Water Supply
摘 要
利用扫描电子显微镜、能量色散X射线谱等技术手段,对某公司建设的地下不锈钢供水管道腐蚀渗漏现象进行了失效分析。分析结果显示:失效不锈钢管的化学成分、力学性能和金相组织均符合国家标准对S30408(06Cr19Ni10)不锈钢的要求;不锈钢管的腐蚀破坏由内壁开始,部分区域穿透整个壁厚形成渗漏点;失效不锈钢管的渗漏是由氯离子点腐蚀及晶间腐蚀引起的。
Abstract
The failure analysis of corrosion leakage of an underground stainless steel pipeline for water supply constructed by a company was performed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The analysis results show that the chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure of the failure pipe were consistent with the standard requirements for S30408(06Cr19Ni10) stainless steel. The corrosion damage occurred on the inner surface of the stainless steel pipe initially. Pitting and intergranular corrosion caused by chloride ion were the main cause of the failure of the stainless steel pipe.
