The Application of Nondestructive Testing Technology in Service Thick-walled Hydrogenation Reactors
摘 要
针对厚壁加氢反应器这类复杂的压力容器,介绍了其结构特点,各类焊接缺陷类型及易出现部位,重点论述了厚壁加氢反应器主焊缝、内壁堆焊层、法兰密封槽堆焊层以及外结构件与筒体焊接处的无损检测方法,根据其材料及结构特点,总结了各无损检测方法的优缺点,以为同行提供参考。
Abstract
In view of the complex pressure vessels of thick-walled hydrogenation reactors, the paper introduces the structure characteristics, damage modes, damage position for the thick-walled hydrogenation reactors. The nondestructive testing methods of the main welds, the bead welding, the flange sealed solder and the external structural parts welded with tube for the thick-walled hydrogenation were mainly discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of various nondestructive testing methods were summarized according to the material and structure. The results can provide reference for peers.
