CO2驱采出井井下附件材料的腐蚀评价与优选
          
Material Selection and Corrosion Evaluation of Down-hole Accessory for CO2 Flooding Production Wells

摘    要
采用高温高压动态循环腐蚀试验,研究了35CrMo钢、42CrMo钢、3Cr13不锈钢、45号钢、304L不锈钢、316L不锈钢等6种材料在温度为30~65℃,压力为2 MPa,液相介质流速为1.2 m/s的CO2驱采出井环境中的腐蚀规律。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和附带能谱仪(EDS)对腐蚀产物的形貌和成分进行了表征。结果表明:在本试验环境中,304L和316L不锈钢均未发生腐蚀;3Cr13不锈钢受到轻微CO2腐蚀,腐蚀速率低于行业标准要求的0.076 mm/a,其他材料的腐蚀速率均偏大,其在CO2驱油田采出井环境中的腐蚀速率由大到小为:45号钢 > 42CrMo钢 > 35CrMo钢。合金中的Cr含量较低时(0~9%),随着Cr含量的升高,含Cr合金的耐CO2腐蚀性增强;环境温度为30~65℃时,随着温度的升高,合金的腐蚀速率增大,这与腐蚀产物膜的生长情况有关。

Abstract
The corrosion laws of six kinds of material such as 35CrMo steel, 42CrMo steel, 3Cr13 stainless steel, 45 steel, 304L stainless steel and 316L stainless steel in the CO2 flooding outflow environment with temperature of 30~65℃, pressure of 2 MPa and liquid medium flow rate of 1.2 m/s were studied by high temperature and high pressure dynamic cycle test. The morphology and composition of corrosion products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and an attached energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results show that in the test environment, neither 304L nor 316L stainless steel corroded; 3Cr13 stainless steel had slightly CO2 corroded, and the corrosion rate was lower than the industry standard of 0.076 mm/a. The corrosion rates of other materials were too large, and the corrosion rate in the CO2 flooding production well environment from large to small were as follow:45 steel > 42CrMo steel > 35CrMo steel. When the Cr content in the alloy was low (0~9%), the corrosion resistance of the Cr-containing alloy was enhanced with the increase of Cr content. When the ambient temperature was 30~65℃, the corrosion rate of the alloy increased with the increase of temperature, which was related to the growth of the corrosion product film.
