Verification of the Reliability of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of Fatigue Cracks in Stainless Steel Small Diameter Tubes
摘 要
采用PA(相控阵超声检测)、DR(数字射线检测)、PT(渗透检测)3种检测方法对15个不锈钢小径管焊缝进行了检测,并对3种检测方法的检测结果进行汇总、对比和分析,将相控阵超声检测工艺进行了进一步的优化。结果表明:相控阵超声方法对不锈钢小径管根部疲劳裂纹缺陷的定位和定量检测是相当可靠的,且具有较高的裂纹检出率。
Abstract
Welds of 15 stainless steel small tubes were under test by PA, DR and PT respectively, and furthermore, a summary and comparison analysis was made for the related test results. It was found that the phased array ultrasonic test was able to trail the stainless steel tube root fatigue crack, both in positioning and in quantitative evaluation, and its crack detection rate was quite reliable.
