The Influence of Anisotropy of TMCP Steel on Angle of Ultrasonic Wave Refraction
摘 要
TMCP(热轧制工艺)钢具有高强度高韧性的特点,常用于制作厚钢板。TMCP钢在超声传播特性上呈现各向异性,超声波沿钢板轧制方向和垂直轧制方向的声速、折射角不同。设计并开展了试验,研究TMCP钢各向异性对超声波斜探头折射角的影响。试验结果验证了折射角随TMCP钢轧制方向和厚度变化的规律,为TMCP钢的超声波横波检测提供了参考。
Abstract
TMCP steel is characteristic of high strength and high toughness and is often used to make thick steel plates. The TMCP steel presents anisotropy. The ultrasonic wave has different sound velocity and refractive angle between steel plate rolling direction and the vertical rolling direction. The experiment to study the influence of anisotropy of TMCP steel on the angle of refraction of ultrasonic wave was designed and carried out. The experimental results have shown the variation of the angle of refraction with TMCP steel rolling direction and thickness, which provides reference for TMCP steel ultrasonic testing.
