On the Tube to Tube Sheet Fillet Weld Radiography Sensitivity Problem
摘 要
管子管板角焊缝射线检测(简称T-T-RT)技术的应用能提高换热器产品品质,降低换热器投用后的意外泄漏率,近年来在国内推广较快,但其检测灵敏度失控严重的现状值得关注。对T-T-RT技术的灵敏度影响因素进行了分析,介绍了一种高仿型灵敏度试块的型式、特点和用途,并指出严格执行相关标准关于灵敏度鉴定试验的规定,是保证T-T-RT技术质量的必要条件。
Abstract
The application of tube to tube sheet fillet weld radiography technology(T-T-RT)can improve the product quality of heat exchangers and reduce the accidental leakage rate of heat exchangers in use. In recent years, the above-mentioned test method has been widely used in domestic applications, but its detection sensitivity is seriously out of control and needs to be closely concerned about. This article analyzes the factors affecting the sensitivity of T-T-RT technology, introduces the type, characteristics, and uses of a highly imitated type test block, and points out that improving quality awareness, in-depth study of technology and technology, and strict implementation of the detection sensitivity identification test in the standard to ensure the sensitivity of T-T-RT technology.
