Cause Analysis on Tube Explosion of Finishing Superheater in a Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
摘 要
通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能试验、断口分析及能谱分析等方法,对某超临界循环流化床锅炉末级过热器爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明:爆管类型为应力腐蚀开裂,应力是导致爆管的主要因素,主要来自管屏整体在运行过程中由于受热不均匀而产生的热胀应力和角焊缝的焊接残余应力。最后提出了相应的预防措施。
Abstract
By means of macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property test, fracture analysis and energy spectrum analysis, the causes for the tube explosion of the finishing superheater in a supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler were analyzed. The results show that the type of the tube explosion was stress corrosion cracking, and the stress which mainly came from the thermal expansion stress due to the thermal unbalance during operation and the welding residual stress of the fillet weld, was the main factor for the tube explosion. Finally, relevant preventive measures were put forward.
