Cause Analysis on Inner Wall Scar Defect of GCr15 Bearing Steel Pipes during Piercing
摘 要
通过工艺对比试验、化学成分分析、金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、超声检测分析等方法,对某GCr15轴承钢管穿孔过程中产生的内翘皮缺陷成因进行了分析。结果表明:该穿孔内翘皮缺陷是由轴承钢棒严重的中心疏松缺陷在穿孔过程中撕裂扩展而产生的;通过超声探伤检测控制轴承钢棒质量,可避免类似缺陷的产生。
Abstract
Through process comparison test, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, ultrasonic detection analysis and other methods, the causes of inner wall scar defect produced during piercing of GCr15 bearing steel pipes were analyzed. The results show that the scar defect on inner wall of the pipes was caused by the serious center porosity defect of the bearing steel bars which was torn and extended during piercing. The quality of the bearing steel bars can be controlled by ultrasonic flaw detection to avoid the occurence of similar defects.
