The Phased Array Inspection Technology in Emu Traction Motor's Short Circuit Ring
摘 要
牵引电机中的转子导条及端环(短路环)断裂是牵引电传动系统失效的主要形式。通过对短路环焊接工艺的分析,采用超声相控阵检测手段,对失效区域进行检测工艺设计;通过仿真模拟、参考试块试验等方式验证其检测工艺的可靠性和适用性,最终为常见动车电机的失效检测提供工艺设计的思路。
Abstract
The main failure modes of traction electric drive system are the fracture between rotor guide bar and end ring(short circuit ring). This paper analyzed the short circuit ring's welding process at first, and then, designed the inspection technology of the failure area based on the ultrasonic phased array detection method; meanwhile, the reliability and applicability of the UT testing were verified through the simulation and the reference block test methods. This paper provided some new ideas for the design of test technology for common failure detection of moving car motor.
