Reasons of Wellbore Corrosion in Yulin Gas Well
摘 要
对榆林某气井全生命周期井况进行了调研,并对井筒腐蚀变化情况、腐蚀速率和腐蚀产物进行了分析。结果表明:随着井深变深,油管上部损伤轻微,中下部损伤逐渐增大,下部油管损伤明显,结垢与腐蚀并存,气井油管主要发生CO2腐蚀,腐蚀产物以FeCO3和氧化类型的铁为主;缓蚀剂的加入能明显减缓井筒的腐蚀速率。
Abstract
The whole life cycle condition of a gas well in Yulin was investigated, and the corrosion changes, corrosion rate and corrosion products of the wellbore were analyzed. The results show that as the depth of the well deepened, the damage in the upper part of the tubing was slight, the damage in the middle and lower parts was gradually increased, the damage of the lower tubing was obvious, the scale and corrosion coexisted, and the gas well tubing mainly underwent CO2 corrosion. The corrosion products were mainly FeCO3 and oxidized iron. Adding corrosion inhibitor could significantly slow down the corrosion rate of the wellbore.
