Cracking Reason of 16Mn Steel Bent Pipe
摘 要
通过宏观形貌观察、理化性能检验、金相及能谱分析等方法,对某气田集气站发生泄漏的热煨弯管进行了失效分析。结果表明:弯管的管材成分正常;但组织异常,含有大量的粗晶马氏体,且弯管加工工艺不合理,外弧侧外壁存在残余拉应力。因此,在外载荷、残余应力和腐蚀介质的联合作用下,弯管外弧侧外壁产生裂纹,并扩展贯穿壁厚,最终导致管线发生泄漏。
Abstract
Failure analysis of the hot-bended pipel in the gas gathering station of a gas field was carried out by macroscopic morphology observation, physical and chemical performance test, metallographic and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the composition of the bent pipe was normal; but the structure was abnormal, contained a large amount of coarse-grained martensite, and the bending process was unreasonable, and there was residual tensile stress on the outer side of outer arc. Therefore, under the combined action of external load, residual stress and corrosive medium, the outer wall of outer side of the bent pipe generated cracks which expanded through the wall thickness, eventually leading to the leakage of pipeline.
