Application of digital radiographic testing of welds in air conditioning parts
摘 要
主要采用数字射线(DR)检测技术对空调各焊接零部件进行了检测。检测结果表明,采用DR检测技术可实现对空调各部件的有效检测,特别是针对截面变化较大的黄铜和紫铜异种材料焊接部件,可实现焊缝质量的准确判断;相较于之前人工解剖的破坏性检测方法,采用DR检测技术降低了员工的劳动强度避免了成本浪费,极大地提高了生产效率且保证了产品质量。
Abstract
This paper mainly uses digital radiographic testing technology to test the welding parts of air conditioners. The test results show that the DR detection technology can effectively detect the various components of the air conditioner, especially for the welded parts of brass and copper dissimilar materials with large cross-section changes, which can achieve clear and accurate judgment of weld quality; Compared to the destructive detection method of artificial dissection, the nondestructive testing technology not only reduces the labor intensity of employees, but also avoids cost waste. At the same time, the introduction of this technology greatly improves the production efficiency and ensures the product quality.
