Phased array ultrasound testing technology for weld of wind power tower tube
摘 要
风力发电单机发电量大,占地面积小,清洁无污染,是发展最快的新型清洁能源。塔筒作为风电机组的基础性部件,其质量直接关系到整个机组的安全。目前,应用的塔筒焊缝检测方法仍然存在需要改进的地方,介绍了相控阵超声检测技术在风电机组塔筒焊缝检测上的试验和应用,并与现有常规无损检测方法进行对比。结果表明:采用相控阵超声检测方法检测风电机组塔筒焊缝,具有检测效率高、灵敏度高、漏检率低、检测数据可以长期保存等优势。
Abstract
Characteristic of large power generation, small floor area, clean and pollution-free, the wind turbine has become the fastest growing new clean energy. Wind power tower as the basic component of wind turbine, its quality directly affects the safety of the whole unit. At present, there are still some problems to be solved in the detection method of the welding seam of the wind power tower. This paper introduces the research and application of phased array ultrasonic testing method in the welding seam of wind power tower, and its advantages compared with the existing conventional nondestructive testing methods.
