Detection Method of Harmful Precipitated Phases in UNS S32750 Stainless Steel
摘 要
GB 4234.1-2017规定不锈钢显微组织中不应存在δ铁素体相、χ相和σ相,但未给出相关检测方法。采用扫描电镜背散射像技术与X射线能谱仪相结合分析的方法,分辨出UNS S32750不锈钢中的有害析出相。结果表明:该方法能满足GB 4234.1-2017的技术要求,可作为管控外科植入用不锈钢质量的重要手段。
Abstract
According to GB 4234.1-2017, there should be no δ ferrite phase, χ phase and σ phase in stainless steel micro structure, but no relevant detection method was provided. The harmful precipitated phases in UNS S32750 stainless steel were identified by using the method of combining backscatter image technique with scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer. The results show that the method could meet the technical requirements of GB 4234.1-2017, and could be used as an important means to control the quality of stainless steel for surgical implantation.
