Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of 12Cr1MoVG Steel for Superheater Pipe of Waste Incinerator in High Temperature Chloride-Sulfate Molten Salt System

摘    要
采用电化学阻抗谱技术研究了垃圾焚烧炉过热器管用12Cr1MoVG钢在850℃不同熔盐条件下的电化学腐蚀行为,并利用扫描电镜对其腐蚀表面和截面形貌进行了分析。结果表明:在NaCl熔盐中,12Cr1MoVG钢的腐蚀过程受氧化剂在熔盐中的扩散控制,腐蚀产物层疏松多孔,随腐蚀时间的延长,腐蚀速率不断增大;在NaCl+Na2SO4熔盐中,12Cr1MoVG钢的腐蚀过程受荷电粒子在氧化膜层中的迁移控制,表面形成结构致密的保护膜,随腐蚀时间的延长,腐蚀速率先增加后下降;12Cr1MoVG钢在NaCl+Na2SO4混合熔盐中的电荷传递反应电阻远大于在NaCl熔盐中的,因此12Cr1MoVG钢在NaCl+Na2SO4中的腐蚀速率明显小于在NaCl熔盐中的。

Abstract
Electrochemical corrosion behavior of 12Cr1MoVG steel for superheater pipe of waste incinerator in different molten salts at 850 ℃ was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The surface morphology and cross-section morphology of 12Cr1MoVG steel were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the corrosion process of 12Cr1MoVG steel was controlled by the diffusion of oxidants in NaCl molten salt, the corrosion product scale was loose and porous, and the corrosion rate increased with the increase of corrosion time. The corrosion process of 12Cr1MoVG steel in NaCl+Na2SO4 molten salt was controlled by the migration of charged particles in oxide film, a protective scale with dense structure formed on the surface of 12Cr1MoVG steel, and the corrosion rate first increased and then decreased with the increase of corrosion time. The resistance of charge transfer reaction of 12Cr1MoVG steel in NaCl+Na2SO4 molten salt was much greater than that in NaCl molten salt. So the corrosion rate of 12Cr1MoVG steel in NaCl+Na2SO4 molten salt was obviously lower than that in NaCl molten salt.
