Comparison and optimization of eddy current inspection strategies forcondenser heat transfer tubes of CPR1000 nuclear power plant
摘 要
凝汽器是核电厂热力循环系统的重要设备,国内CPR1000核电机组在大修期间均会安排对凝汽器传热管进行涡流专项检测,通过对检测策略中的检测探头、检测计划和检测结果3个方面进行对比分析,发现其均采用轴绕式探头,但是对检测结果的处理方式不同,且在制定检测计划时,均考虑了易发生损伤的外圈厚壁管,但是对于外圈薄壁管和内部管束的选取各不相同。对此,提出了检测优化策略,对后续凝汽器钛管涡流检测策略的制定具有指导作用,以确保凝汽器运行的安全可靠。
Abstract
Condensers are important equipment in the thermal cycle system of nuclear power plants and CPR1000 nuclear power units have arranged special eddy current inspection of condenser heat transfer tubes during overhaul. Through a comparative analysis on three aspects of the inspection strategy, the inspection probes, inspection plans, and inspection results, it was found that they all used shaft-wound probes, but the inspection results were handled differently. In the formulation of the inspection plan, the outer ring thick-walled titanium pipe which was prone to damage was considered, but the corresponding management of the outer ring thin-walled pipe and inner tube bundle was different. In this regard, this article proposes an inspection optimization strategy, which has a guiding role in the formulation of other units' eddy current inspection strategies to ensure the long-term safe and reliable operation of the condenser.
