基于缩比模型的压载舱牺牲阳极消耗行为
          
Sacrificial Anode Consumption Behavior of Ballast Tank Based on Scale Model

摘    要
提出了一种用于在线监测牺牲阳极消耗率并对其剩余寿命进行评估的方法,并搭建了压载水舱缩比模型对该评估方法进行试验验证。该方法通过在线监测牺牲阳极在不同寿命阶段(涂层破损率)的电流计算阳极消耗率和剩余寿命。结果表明:该评估方法能够较为准确地评估牺牲阳极消耗质量;同时,温度升高会使阳极的电流升高,结构保护电位下降,牺牲阳极的效率降低;在全寿命期内,涂层破损率<10.0%时,电流密度需求大于规范推荐值,可以适当增大这一阶段的结构极化电流使得压载舱处于更好保护下。

Abstract
A method for online monitoring sacrificial anode consumption rate and evaluating its remaining life was presented. A ballast tank scale model was set up to verify the above evaluation method. This method calculated the anode consumption rate and remaining life by the online monitored current of the sacrificial anode in different life stages (coating damage rate). The results show that the method could accurately evaluate the consumption mass of the sacrificial anode. At the same time, the rise of temperature increased the anode current, but the structure protection potential decreased meanwhile, and the efficiency of the sacrificial anode decreased. During the whole life period, when the damage rate of the coating was less than 10.0%, the requirement of current density was larger than the recommended value of some specification. The structure polarization current at this stage could be appropriately increased to make the ballast tank under better protection.
