Burst Causes of Q245R Steel Boiler Tube
摘 要
某公司Q245R钢锅炉管在使用仅8个月时发生了横向爆管事故。通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜分析、X射线衍射分析等方法对锅炉管的爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明:该Q245R钢锅炉管所通水蒸气中NaCl,Na2CO3等杂质较多,使得管道转弯处堵塞变窄,前段管内蒸汽流速和温度异常。在高温高压和腐蚀介质作用下,管内壁不断被氧化,管壁减薄并脱碳,管子强度大幅降低,不足以承受工作压力,最终导致爆管。
Abstract
A horizontal tube burst accident occurred in Q245R steel boiler tube of a company after only 8 months of service. The burst causes of the boiler tube were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that there were many impurities such as NaCl and Na2CO3 in the steam passing through the Q245R steel boiler tube, which made the tube corner blocked and narrowed. The steam velocity and temperature in the front section of the tube were abnormal. Under the action of high temperature, high pressure and corrosive medium, the inner wall of the tube was continuously oxidized, and the tube wall was thinned and decarburized. The strength of the tube was greatly reduced, which was not enough to bear the working pressure, and finally the tube burst.
