CO2压力对20钢在CO2/水两相分层流液相介质中腐蚀行为的影响
          
Effect of CO2 Pressure on Corrosion Behavior of 20 Steel in CO2/AqueousTwo-Phase Stratified Flow Liquid Phase Medium

摘    要
利用失重法、扫描电镜、X射线衍射等研究了CO2压力(0.03~0.26 MPa)对20钢在CO2/水两相分层流液相介质中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:CO2压力由0.03 MPa升高至0.11 MPa时,20钢的腐蚀速率快速增大,而当CO2压力超过0.11 MPa后腐蚀速率缓慢增大;不同试验条件下20钢的腐蚀速率均大于1.193 mm·a-1,说明20钢发生严重腐蚀;20钢表面被均匀、疏松的絮状腐蚀产物覆盖而形成网絮状结构,腐蚀产物主要由铁的氧化物和FeCO3组成;随着CO2压力的增加,腐蚀产物膜的致密程度增大,产物膜的颗粒尺寸减小,腐蚀产物形貌由絮状、针状、颗粒状向鳞片状转变。

Abstract
The effect of CO2 pressure (0.03-0.26 MPa) on corrosion behavior of 20 steel in CO2/aqueous two-phase stratified flow liquid phase medium was studied by weight loss method, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the corrosion rate of 20 steel increased rapidly when the CO2 pressure increased from 0.03 MPa to 0.11 MPa, and the corrosion rate increased slowly after the CO2 pressure exceeded 0.11 MPa. The corrosion rates of 20 steel under different test conditions were greater than 1.193 mm·a-1, indicating that 20 steel was severely corroded. 20 steel surface was covered with uniform and loose floc corrosion products, and a net floc structure was formed. The corrosion products mainly consisted of iron oxidation and FeCO3. With the increase of CO2 pressure, the compactness of the corrosion product film increased, the particle size of the corrosion products decreased, and the morphology of the corrosion product changed from flocculent, needle-like, and granular to scaly.
