Corrosion Detection and Repair of River-Crossing Pipelines
摘 要
为了消除陆上油田作业区两条定向钻穿河管道的腐蚀隐患,保证管道长期安全运行,对两条管道开展检测评价,确定了管道的走向、埋深和腐蚀状况,找到了定向钻穿越的出入土点。经技术可行性、经济性综合分析后,最终确定采用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管内衬修复技术对管道进行在线修复。结果表明,采用HDPE管内衬修复技术可提高管道耐腐蚀能力,延长管道使用寿命,且投资费用适中。
Abstract
In order to eliminate the corrosion hazards and ensure the long-term safe operation of two directional drilling pipelines across a river in Lushang Oilfield Operation District, inspection and evaluation were carried out for the pipelines to determine the direction, buried depth, corrosion status of the pipelines, and the entry and exit points of directional drilling. After comprehensive analysis from aspects of technique feasibility and economy, high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe liner repair technology was finally chosen to online repair the pipelines. The results indicated that using HDPE pipe liner repair technology could improve the corrosion resistance and prolong the service lives of the pipelines,and the investment cost was moderate.
