Corrosion Simulation Analysis of Lower Support Arm of Vertical Fin Based on CorrosionMaster
摘 要
垂尾下支臂是飞机机体的主要承力构件,在外场使用中存在严重的腐蚀问题。采用CorrosionMaster软件,对垂尾下支臂组件进行了腐蚀仿真分析。仿真得到的腐蚀结果与实际运用中出现的腐蚀形态基本吻合。该软件在均匀腐蚀仿真方面是可靠的。
Abstract
Lower support arm of vertical fin is the main supporting member of basic airframe, serious corrosion problems occurred in outfield application. The corrosion simulation analysis of lower support arm of vertical fin assembly was performed via CorrosionMaster software. The result of corrosion simulation approximately agreed with the actual corrosion shape. The software is reliable in uniform corrosion simulation.
