Application of Magnetic Flux Leakage Internal Detection Technology in Corrosion Evaluation and Analysis of Crude Oil Pipeline
摘 要
某原油管道的漏磁内检测结果中存在较多异常点。针对其中最严重的9个金属损失异常点,依据国内管道内腐蚀评价标准规范,进行了腐蚀评价和压力分析。将腐蚀评价和压力分析结果作为理论筛选依据,最终优先选择了8个内检测异常点进行开挖验证和缺陷修复。通过开挖验证证实了漏磁内检测结果的准确性,证明了漏磁内检测技术可在管道腐蚀评价分析中发挥作用。
Abstract
There were many abnormal points in the magnetic flux leakage test results of a crude oil pipeline. For the 9 most serious abnormal points of metal loss, corrosion evaluation and pressure analysis were carried out in accordance with domestic pipeline corrosion evaluation standards. The results of corrosion evaluation and pressure analysis were used as the basis for theoretical screening, and finally 8 abnormal internal inspection points were selected for excavation verification and defect repair. Excavation verification verified the accuracy of the internal magnetic flux leakage detection results, and proved that the internal magnetic flux leakage detection technology could play a role in pipeline corrosion evaluation and analysis.
