Ultrasonic C-scan imaging for explosive bonding plate
摘 要
为了提高爆炸焊接复合板的焊接质量,需要了解工件焊层处两种金属的结合情况。分析了目前对复合板结合状态检验方法的局限性,研究了无损检测超声C扫描成像检测技术,确定了具体的工艺参数,实现了多种规格的爆炸焊接钛/钢复合板结合界面的清晰成像,以及对结合质量的清晰识别与准确评判。
Abstract
In order to improve the welding quality of the explosive bonding plate, it is necessary to understand the explosive layer combination. In this paper, the limitations of the current method for testing the bonding state of plates were analyzed, and the ultrasonic C-scan imaging technology was studied to determine the specific process parameters. For the explosive titanium/steel bonding plate produced, the interface was clearly imaged, and the clear recognition and accurate evaluation of the bonding quality were achieved.
