AUT process certification for welds of stainless steel composite pipes in submarine pipelines
摘 要
应用于海底管道焊缝检测的全自动超声检测(AUT)工艺需进行工艺认证。结合海底管道不锈钢复合管焊缝的AUT检测工艺应用需求,从工艺的可重复性、上下游对称性、轨道上下游偏移及检出率等方面进行试验认证,获得了理想的试验结果,满足标准要求,可为工程项目的应用提供保障。
Abstract
AUT technology qualification shall be performed before its application for the welds of the subsea pipeline. In this paper, according to the application requirements of subsea pipeline cladding welds AUT testing, the qualification was performed in view of the repeatability, upstream and downstream symmetry, band offset and POD analysis, and satisfactory test results were expected to meet the requirements of standard and to provide a guarantee for the project application.
