Suggestions on Preparation of Tensile Sample in GB/T 228. 1-2010
摘 要
用线切割加工方式制备的拉伸试样进行拉伸试验,得到的强度低于铣削加工的拉伸试样的强度,通过对比试验说明了线切割加工方式对强度试验结果的影响。结果表明:GB/T 228.1-2010中对线切割加工方式制备拉伸试样没有明确的加工余量规定,建议在GB/T 228.1-2010中给出线切割加工方式制备拉伸试样的加工余量。
Abstract
After the tensile test, the strength of the tensile samples prepared by wire cutting was lower than that of the tensile samples prepared by milling. The influence of wire cutting processing method on the strength test results was explained through the comparative test. There is no clear machining allowance in GB/T 228. 1-2010 for the preparation of tensile samples by wire cutting. It is suggested that the machining allowance for the preparation of tensile samples by wire cutting should be given in GB/T 228. 1-2010.
