Ultrasonic testing of shear cover forging of blasting valve in AP1000 nuclear power plant
摘 要
爆破阀通过电信号引爆炸药执行阀门开启的功能,其下部的剪切盖为不锈钢锻件。剪切盖锻件在长期高温、高压、辐照的在役条件下,内外表面可能出现裂纹等危险性缺陷。根据剪切盖锻件的结构特点,研究了相控阵超声和超声表面波检测相结合的超声检测工艺,并通过现场应用,验证了该工艺的可行性,可供同行参考。
Abstract
The blasting valve performs its valve opening function by detonating explosives through electrical signals. The lower shear cover of the blasting valve is a stainless steel forging. Under the condition of long-term high temperature, high pressure and irradiation in service, cracks and other dangerous defects may appear on the inner and outer surfaces of shear cover forging. Based on the structural characteristics of the shear cover, the ultrasonic testing technology combining ultrasonic phased array and ultrasonic surface wave detection was studied. Through the field application, the feasibility of the ultrasonic testing technology is verified, which may provide reference to other people working in the same field.
