Influence of Surface State of Cold Rolled Strip on the Accuracy of Roughness Measurement
摘 要
以冷轧带钢为研究对象,研究了冷轧带钢表面状态对粗糙度检测准确性的影响。结果表明:带钢表面清洁度对粗糙度检测结果有较大影响,检测前带钢表面需要使用酒精擦拭处理;带钢表面划伤对粗糙度检测结果也有较大影响,应对取样中间流程加以控制,减少产生划伤的风险,从而提高粗糙度检测的准确性。
Abstract
Taking cold rolled strip as the research object, the influence of surface state of cold rolled strip on the accuracy of roughness measurement was studied. The results show that the strip surface cleanliness had a great influence on the roughness measurement results, and the strip surface need to be wiped with alcohol before measurement. The strip surface scratch also had a great influence on the roughness measurement results. The intermediate sampling process should be controlled to reduce the risk of scratch, so as to improve the accuracy of roughness measurement.
