Test blocks for ultrasonic testing of pipe and pipe annular butt joint in pressure equipment

介绍了NB/T 47013.3-2015标准对锅炉、压力容器等设备管子和压力管道的环向对接焊接接头用对比试块的设计、制作要求,对不同设计方案进行了分析和比较,给出了壁厚不小于6 mm且曲率半径为80~250 mm的环向焊接接头超声检测用对比试块的曲率半径设计方案,解决了壁厚为4~6 mm且曲率半径在80 mm以上的承压设备Ⅱ型焊接接头超声检测用对比试块的需求,结合标准化、统一化和实用性原则给出了该类对比试块制作的最优方案,提出了对比试块与被检材料的声学性能相似性的衡量指标和参考依据,对NB/T 47013.3-2015标准提出了改进建议,供相关单位在标准修改和工程实际应用中参考。
Abstract
As referring to the NB/T 47013.3-2015 standard for boiler and pressure vessel and to its requirements for design and production of reference blocks for the pipe ring to the butt welded joint within the scope of the pipe and the pressure vessel, different design schemes are analyzed and compared. Design scheme of the radius curvature of reference blocks was given for wall thickness of 6 mm or higher and the curvature radius of butt welded joint being between 80 mm to 250 mm, which solved the shortage of the ultrasonic testing reference blocks for workpiece of 4 mm to 6 mm thickness and the curvature radius of typeⅡweld of the pressure equipment being greater than 80 mm. Combined with the principles of standardization, unification and practicability, the optimization scheme of this kind of test block production is given, the measurement index and reference basis of the acoustic performance similarity between the test block and the tested material are put forward, and suggestions for improvement of NB/T 47013.3-2015 are put forward for reference of relevant units in the revision of standards and practical application of engineering.
