Interlaboratory Comparison and Analysis of Tensile Test at Room Temperature for Metal Plate
摘 要
以金属板材室温拉伸试验室间比对试验为实例(拉伸试验项目为抗拉强度、规定塑性延伸强度、断后伸长率),阐述了试验室间比对试验的策划及试样制备,并对试验结果进行了分析,还研究了中位值及标准化四分位距法在试验室间比对能力评价中的应用。结果表明:将中位值作为指定值,标准化四分位距作为能力评定标准差可以减少极端异常值对指定值及结果分散程度的影响,使得统计分析结果及判断更符合客观实际。标准化四分位距法可以在试验室间比对试验中被广泛应用。
Abstract
Taking the interlaboratory comparison test of metal plate tensile test at room temperature as an example (tensile test items include tensile strength, specified plastic elongation strength and elongation after fracture), expounded the planning and sample preparation of interlaboratory comparison test, analyzed the test results, and studied the application of median value and standardized interquartile distance method in the evaluation of interlaboratory comparison ability. The results show that taking the median value as the specified value and the standardized interquartile distance as the standard deviation of ability evaluation could reduced the influence of extreme outliers on the specified value and the dispersion of results, and made the statistical analysis results and judgments more in line with the objective reality. This method can be widely used in interlaboratory comparison test.
