Surface Color Difference Causes of Reaming Steel after Pickling
摘 要
HR440/580HE扩孔钢酸洗后表面出现色差缺陷。通过化学成分分析、微观分析及能谱分析等方法对色差的形成原因进行了分析。结果表明:热轧板色差是因为局部团簇状氧化铁皮分布导致可见光漫反射,团簇状氧化铁皮越多,漫反射越严重,形成了反光差异,视觉感官为颜色深浅不一的条带状色差;热轧板表面残存铁橄榄石氧化铁皮,比普通氧化铁皮更难去除,造成酸洗效果差异,形成酸洗板表面色差。
Abstract
Color difference defects appeared on the surface of reaming steel HR440/580HE after pickling. The causes of color difference were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, microscopic analysis and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the color difference of the hot rolled plate was due to the diffuse reflection of visible light caused by the distribution of local cluster scale. The more cluster scale, the more serious the diffuse reflection, resulted in the difference of reflection. The visual sense was a banded color difference with different color depths. The residual iron olivine scale on the surface of the hot rolled plate was more difficult to remove than ordinary scale, resulted in different pickling effects and color difference on the surface of pickling plate.
