Ultrasonic TOFD inspection process for butt weld of ARE pipeline in nuclear power plant
摘 要
对某核电站主给水系统(ARE)管道对接焊缝进行超声波衍射时差法(TOFD)检测工艺仿真分析,经声场仿真得到初步检测工艺,再经缺陷响应仿真分析优化工艺,将优化后的检测工艺与标准推荐的工艺分别在模拟试块上进行验证,并将优化后的TOFD检测结果与射线检测结果进行对比分析。结果表明,该TOFD检测工艺的检测效果良好,为ARE管道对接焊缝的检测提供了一个有效的超声解决方案。
Abstract
In this paper, a simulation analysis was performed on the TOFD testing process for butt weld of a nuclear power plant ARE pipeline system. Through sound field simulation analysis, the preliminary testing process was firstly obtained, and then through the defect response simulation analysis the process was to be optimized. The optimized testing process and the standard recommended process were verified on the simulation block and the optimized TOFD testing results were compared with the radiographic testing results. The results show that the TOFD detection process was shown to have good detection effect, which provided an effective ultrasonic solution for the butt weld detection of ARE pipeline system.
