Detection rate analysis of imcomplete fusion defect in small diameter pipe groove of power plant boiler
摘 要
对某电站锅炉空间受限区域的小径管进行相控阵超声检测和射线检测,并对检测结果进行对比分析。分析结果表明,相控阵超声检测对坡口未熔合缺陷的检出率明显高于射线检测的检出率,可以有效提升焊接质量,避免缺陷漏检带来的危害。
Abstract
Phased array ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing were carried out on small diameter tubes in the confined space of a power plant boiler, and the test results were compared and analyzed. It was shown that the detection rate of incomplete fusion defects in groove by phased array ultrasonic testing was significantly higher than that by radiographic testing, which may effectively improve the welding quality and avoid the hazards caused by defect omission.
