Large particle non-metallic inclusion source in continuous casting slab by large sample electrolysis method
摘 要
采用大样电解方法萃取Q235B钢连铸板坯中的大颗粒非金属夹杂物,用扫描电镜及能谱对比分析了连铸坯内弧、外弧、中心部位的夹杂物成分,判断了非金属夹杂物的来源,结果可为进一步提高连铸板坯的纯净度提供借鉴。
Abstract
The large particle non-metallic inclusions in continuous casting slab of Q235 B steel were extracted by large sample electrolysis method. The inclusions in inner arc, outer arc and central part of continuous casting slab were compared and analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum. The source of non-metallic inclusions was judged. The results could provide reference for further improving the purity of continuous casting slab.
