Preparation method of intergranular oxidation sample for alloy steel
摘 要
为了能够清晰地观测到材料的晶间氧化,准确地测量晶间氧化的深度,采用热镶嵌和冷镶嵌等方法制备试样。试样经过磨制、抛光等工序后,在光学显微镜下对试样的边部形态进行观测,以选择最优的试样制备方法。结果表明:在磨制和抛光试样的过程中,要保护好试样边部,以避免划痕、圆角等现象发生。
Abstract
In order to clearly observe the intergranular oxidation of materials and accurately measure the depth of intergranular oxidation, samples were prepared by hot and cold mosaic methods. After sample grinding and polishing, the edge morphology of the sample was observed under optical microscope to select the optimal sample preparation method. The results show that in the process of grinding and polishing the sample, the edge of the sample should be protected to avoid scratches and fillets.
