Cracking reason of stainless steel bellows expansion joint
摘 要
某石化公司不锈钢波纹管膨胀节发生开裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、能谱分析等方法研究其开裂原因。结果表明:波纹管膨胀节长期处于氯化物水溶液环境中,在波纹管加工时产生的残余应力以及工作中产生的应力作用下,不锈钢波纹管膨胀节发生氯化物应力腐蚀开裂。
Abstract
The stainless steel bellows expansion joint of a petrochemical company cracked. The cracking reason was studied by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that the bellows expansion joint was in the environment of chloride aqueous solution for a long time. Under the residual stress generated during the processing of the bellows and the stress generated during the work, the chloride stress corrosion cracking of the stainless steel bellows expansion joint occured.
