High temperature tensile properties of 45 steel continuously cast products
摘 要
利用热模拟试验机、光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪等对温度为600~1 350 ℃时45钢连铸坯的高温拉伸性能进行检测与分析。结果表明:45钢连铸坯的高温抗拉强度随温度的升高而逐渐降低,其有两类脆性温度区,第一类为1 200~1 350 ℃,第二类为600~900 ℃;45钢连铸坯的矫直温度应大于900 ℃,以防止出现矫直裂纹。
Abstract
The high temperature tensile properties of 45 steel continuous casting billet at 600-1 350 ℃ were tested and analyzed by thermal simulation test machine, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. The results show that the high temperature tensile strength of 45 steel continuously cast products decreased gradually with the increase of temperature. There were two kinds of brittle temperature zones, the first type was 1 200-1 350 ℃, and the second type was 600-900 ℃. The straightening temperature of 45 steel continuous casting products should be greater than 900 ℃ to prevent straightening cracks.
