A new corrosion method for grain size test specimen of GH4169 alloy
摘 要
介绍了一种对GH4169合金进行腐蚀的新方法,对新方法腐蚀的合金试样进行金相检验时,可以只显示奥氏体晶界,不显示δ相。利用光学显微镜观察材料的显微组织,再采用截点法统计晶粒度。结果表明:新方法腐蚀的试样表面无沉积膜,显微组织清晰,该方法适用于GH4169合金晶粒度的检验。
Abstract
A new method for corrosion of GH4169 alloy was introduced. When the metallographic examination of the alloy sample corroded by the new method was carried out, only the austenite grain boundary could be displayed, and the δ phase was not displayed. The microstructure of the material was observed by optical microscope, and the grain size was counted by cut-off point method. The results show that there was no deposition film on the surface of the sample corroded by the new method, and the microstructure was clear. This method was suitable for the grain size test of GH4169 alloy.
