Application of electron backscatter diffraction technology in grain size assessment of high-grade coiled tubing
摘 要
高级别连续油管产品的晶粒尺寸较小,采用传统的金相检验方法无法准确评定其晶粒度。利用金相检验和电子背散射衍射技术相结合的方法,对不同级别连续油管产品的晶粒尺寸进行研究。结果表明:采用电子背散射衍射技术能够准确评定高级别连续油管的晶粒尺寸,CT90连续油管的平均晶粒等积圆直径为2. 89 μm,CT110连续油管的平均晶粒等积圆直径为1. 37 μm。
Abstract
The grain size of high-grade coiled tubing products was relatively small, and traditional metallographic testing methods could not accurately evaluate their grain size. Using a combination of metallographic examination and electron backscatter diffraction technology, the grain size of different grades of coiled tubing products was studied. The results show that using electron backscatter diffraction technology could accurately evaluate the grain size of high-level coiled tubing, and the average grain equicircle diameter of CT90 coiled tubing was 2. 89 μm. The average grain equicircle diameter of CT110 coiled tubing was 1. 37 μm.
