2 2024 年 ISO/TC 135 及其 SC 标准情况
2.1 国际标准制定、修订和发布
2024 年，ISO/TC 135 及其 SC 2~SC 9 正在制定和修订的标准共有 37 项，如表 2 所示。

2024 年，ISO 新发布 9 项无损检测标准（含修订项目）（见表 3），其中 ISO 24489:2024 是中国
主导制定的标准，是由我国主持制定的第三项声发射检测领域国际标准。该国际标准提案于 2019 年 10
月通过国际标准化组织无损检测技术委员会声发射检测分技术委员会（ISO/TC 135/SC 9）立项投票，
组建 ISO/TC135/SC 9/WG10 《常压储罐的声发射检测工作组》负责制定该标准。该国际标准项目将我
国研制的常压储罐声发射检测的分级和评价方法写入 ISO 24489:2024，获得了国际专家的高度认可。该
标准的颁布为常压储罐声发射检测技术服务国际互认提供了技术支撑和依据，对推动国内外声发射检测
技术服务的质量提升和统一具有重要作用。
