基于 10 kV 架空线合闸励磁涌流衰减特性的
前加速过流保护整定调整方案

摘 要:为有效避免配电变压器励磁涌流对 10 kV 架空线保护的不利影响,确保保护动作的可靠性,针对配电
变压器励磁涌流的衰减特性,提出了一种简单易执行的解决方案。该方案通过合理延长 10 kV 架空线前加速
过流保护动作时限,不必调整保护电流动作值的整定以及与其他保护的配合,可以躲过配电变压器铁心饱和
导致的励磁涌流的影响。配电网实际励磁涌流的录波数据验证了该方案的有效性,该方案适用于上海等城市
电网中 10 kV 架空线配置前加速过流保护无延时出口动作的情况,并具有原理清晰、实际改造易实现等优点,
为城市配电网提升供电可靠性提供了一种可行方案。

Abstract:In order to effectively avoid the adverse effects of distribution transformer inrush current on 10 kV over‑
head line protection and ensure the reliability of protection action,a simple and easy implementation solution is
proposed based on the attenuation characteristics of distribution transformer inrush current. The scheme can avoid
the inrush current caused by the saturation of the core of the distribution transformer by reasonably extending the
time limit of the forward acceleration over-current protection of the 10 kV overhead line without adjusting the set‑
ting of the action value of the protection current and cooperating with other protections. The recorded data of ac‑
tual excitation inrush current in the distribution network show that the scheme is effective. It is applicable to the
situation of forward accelerated over-current protection without delaying outlet action for 10 kV overhead line con‑
figuration in Shanghai and other cities. It has the advantages of clear principle and easy implementation of actual
transformation,providing a case for improving the reliability of power supply in urban distribution network.
