典型金属材料在淡化海水中的腐蚀性能
Corrosion Behavior of Typical Metal Materials in Desalinated Seawater

摘要: 采用浸泡试验、电化学测试等手段研究了碳钢、黄铜和不锈钢在淡化海水中的耐蚀性。结果表明, 在试验条件下, 碳钢发生均匀腐蚀, 黄铜发生脱锌腐蚀, 不锈钢不发生腐蚀; 碳钢和黄铜的腐蚀速率随温度升高而增大, 某缓蚀阻垢剂对碳钢和黄铜的腐蚀有抑制作用。随温度升高, 不锈钢耐点蚀性能降低, 药剂对不锈钢的点蚀性能影响不大。Abstract: Immersion test and electrochemical test were used to study the corrosion resistance of carbon steel, brass and stainless steel used in desalinated seawater. The results show that the uniform corrosion of carbon steel, and brass dezincification corrosion occured. The corrosion rates of carbon steel and brass increased with temperature increasing. Electrochemical test results of stainless steel show that with the rise of temperature, the stainless steel pitting corrosion resistance reduced. The added medicaments had a little effect on stainless steel pitting inhibition.
