                           脱硫塔出口尾部烟道振动的原因分析与


                                                      治理技术

                    摘   要:针对供热锅炉超低排放改造后脱硫塔出口尾部烟道出现的振动和噪声问题,首先对尾部烟道的振动
                    进行了现场测试分析,然后对烟道内烟气流动情况进行了仿真计算分析,从理论上分析了尾部烟道产生振动
                    的机理。现场振动测试和理论计算分析表明:尾部烟道振动的原因是冷凝器段烟道的声驻波频率与烟道结构
                    的局部固有频率发生耦合共振,冷凝器前后异形弯头使得烟气流动产生涡流,导致流−固−声耦合共振,当涡
                    流扰动能量达到一定程度时就会产生严重的振动并发出巨大噪声。据此制定了在尾部烟道增加垂直隔离板
                    的振动治理方案,实施结果表明:该方案有效消除了耦合共振,彻底解决了尾部烟道的振动和噪声问题。

                           Cause Analysis and Treatment Technology of Tail Flue Vibration at

                                             the Exit of Desulfurization Tower

                    Abstract:In view of the vibration and noise problems in the desulfurization tower tail flue after the ultra-low emis⁃
                    sion transformation of heating boiler,the vibration of the tail flue was firstly tested and analyzed in the field,then


                    the flue gas flow in the flue was simulated and analyzed,and the vibration mechanism of the tail flue was theoreti⁃

                    cally analyzed. The field vibration test and theoretical calculation analysis showed that the vibration of the tail flue
                    was caused by the coupling resonance between the acoustic standing wave frequency of the flue in the condenser
                    section  and  the  local  natural  frequency  of  the  flue  structure.  The  irregular  elbows  in  front  and  back  of  the  con⁃
                    denser made the flue gas flow generate eddy current,leading to the fluid-solid-acoustic coupling resonance. When

                    the eddy current disturbance energy reached a certain level,serious vibration and loud noise would be produced.


                    Accordingly,a vibration control scheme of adding vertical isolation plate in the tail flue was developed. The appli⁃
                    cation results showed that the coupling resonance was eliminated and the vibration and noise of the tail flue were
                    completely solved.
